The Mall at Millenia, Florida Mall, Outlets Closed

If you were planning on getting any last minute shopping done at any of the following malls, you will have to wait awhile.

Simon Property Group announced the closings of Orlando International Premium Outlets, Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, Orlando Outlet Marketplace and The Florida Mall.

The Mall at Millenia released this statement:

“With the well-being of our community in mind, The Mall at Millenia, together with our retailer partners will be closing our doors tonight (Wednesday, March 18, 2020) at 7PM, until at least March 29th. However, many of our full-service restaurants will remain open.

We wish you and your families well during this time and look forward to welcoming you back to The Mall at Millenia in the near future.”

The Florida Mall and the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets (Simon Property Group) also released this statement:

“After extensive discussions with federal, state and local officials and in recognition of the need to address the spread of COVID-19, we will be temporarily closed. This measure will take effect from 7pm local time today and will end on March 29.

The health and safety of our shoppers, retailers and employees are of paramount importance and we are taking this step to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 in our community.”
