Many other people believe it was frozen oxygen and ice that was moving around and even explained that it’s called “the Leidenfrost effect.”

That can't be a mouse, those thrusters are massive. It would be the size of a dog or something. There are a few explanations online of "mouse-like" movement of frozen oxygen on spaceX rockets online. It's called the Leidenfrost effect.
